About us

Our story

24Care Community Services was born out of a need to address the gap between vital support services and the growing number of vulnerable communities in dire need of help.

We started extending help to needy children and youth who were eager to study and work for a better life. This moment intensified when we found that there were many such underprivileged children who needed help with food, shelter and education. Our team expanded and we spread out in different regions to make sure we cover all possible areas and help as many children as possible.

We now run shelter homes, schools and a reasonable mess that helps such nWe discovered too many were going hungry, living rough and going without even basic needs because charitable organisations were sadly turning people away.
That’s how we differ. 24Care Community Services does not turn its back. We don’t judge, we don’t discriminate and we give with our hearts.
But it hasn’t been easy. We support more than 200 people every week who are struggling with financial challenges, domestic violence, homelessness or mental health issues – and that takes a lot of time and a lot of money.
That is why we appeal to the community to donate what they can and help us in our mission to change people’s lives for the better.

About our founder

Our Mission
Although Brunella started 24Care Community Services in 2019, she has more than 20 years’ experience working with disadvantaged people to help build their resilience.

With experience in domestic violence and community support services, Brunella’s passion for helping others get back on their feet runs deep. She hopes that with financial support, she can extend the programs and practical support 24Care Community Services provides.

But her ultimate goal is to one day open a community centre dedicated to families who are recovering from domestic violence – a place where they can seek refuge, escape their trauma, enjoy social activities and build new bonds.
